NOTICE: Brandywine Counseling & Community Services (BCCS) will no longer be accepting new DSARP clients for screening and referral appointments after Friday, December 19, 2025. BCCS is grateful for the opportunity to have served our community over the past four years through the DSARP program. Beginning Friday, January 2, 2026, the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) will begin accepting new clients under the renamed DUI Referral Service (DRS) program.
